Yemi Alade- How i deal with sexual harassment within the industry

In a recent interview with Punch newspaper, the Nigerian music industry giant expressed her disappointment at the pressure and harassment female artists often have to endure, who is really to blame, and how she tackles this unfortunate 

challenge.

  "Record label owners and show promoters are all guilty of this," the singer said. "Sexual harassment comes in different levels; some are intense, some are subtle, and some even come through third parties."

She continued, saying, "however, I haven't found myself in a situation that felt very uncomfortable. Once I see the signs, I run and the person would not even have the opportunity to go through with his evil plans."
